Project goal: Achieving the applicable level of standards of internationally recognized ISO standards in order to facilitate market access and increase competitiveness.
Short description: This project will document the company's internal processes and at the same time obtain an ISO certificate that would serve potential future domestic and foreign business partners as a guarantee of process quality and ultimately the company's products. The implementation of ISO standards will lead to increased competitiveness and visibility of the company, which will result in an increase in market share and revenue of the company.
Expected results: Optimization of company's processes, revenue increase as a result of easier access to foreign markets, documentation of the company's processes, ISO certification of the company's processes.
The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund through the OP Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014-2020. within the Call for Proposals "Introduction of business process and quality management system (ISO standards and the like)", reference number of the Call KK.03.2.1.14
