1. Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of how FORTIS PROJEKT Inc. with its registered office in Zagreb, Nova cesta 184, OIB: 86877525325, entered in the court register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, MBS: 080718982 (hereinafter: "Fortis Projekt") uses personal data, which information is collected and evaluated and later used, transmitted to third parties or handled in any other way.This Privacy Policy applies to the Fortis Projekt.
2. Data collection
Personal data is any information relating to an identified natural person or an identifiable natural person. An identifiable person is a person whose identity can be established directly or indirectly, in particular on the basis of an identification number or one or more characteristics specific to his or her physical, psychological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.Personal data within the Privacy Policy of Fortis Projekt are the following: name, surname, address, e-mail, postal address, telephone number, etc.

If personal data is collected within the framework of an employment relationship or employment, this is done on a voluntary basis by giving consent to the processing of personal data.2.2. Automatically collected data
